Leave the wax on until the board is used (the wood absorbs what it needs). Then, you can wipe off any excess with a lint-free cloth, if necessary.

> > CLEANING
We advise against submerging the board in water. Clean it with a damp cloth and never leave it to dry in direct sunlight. Note: The boards are not suitable for dishwashers.

> > DRYING AND STORAGE
Once the board is clean, let it air dry in a vertical position. Store the board vertically, not flat.

> > CARE
Occasionally apply cooking oil to the board when you notice it's dry. This is especially important in the first few months. This will nourish the wood and extend its lifespan.
